Well they will match now regardless because the bumpers will be back.

Some one is coming is comimg to look at the bike tonight. Hope it sells!

Spent a couple hours working on my buddies XJs floor...
Its going to be a long and tedious process but we got half of the drivers side done today. Hopefully have the other half done this weekend?
Then the passenger side is the real bad side...
Then the custom rockers...
Oh man what did I get myself into...

A nightmare it seems! LOL

I hate major projects. I seem to lose interest.

Thanks for the good luck! Ill love to have the 2k to go buy a jeep!!!!!!!!

haha Yeah you are running out of time that for sure! Are you using just sheet metal or did you cut some pans out of another jeep?

Just sheetmetal about 16G.
Since its rusted up to the edges under the door sill I also got some 1/8" angle for corner to add some strength! All from some drop stock for about $22.
And we got some free 3" diameter 1/8" thick that we are cutting to about 2/3 of a circle to make some custom rounded rockers/rock sliders although they are a little thin for rock sliders..
Any word on the bike??

Those sliders will help a lot tho specially for around here.

Well he dont have the money right now, LOL But he is sellinf his Mustang for 11k and he has some rich guy thats really interested. So we will see. He said he will touch base on friday and let me know something.

Yeah I just hope if he does actually put them to use, they will hold up..

If I sell it Im buying and escape for the girl, gonna trade in the eclipse and use it as a down payment.

An escape??
You should get her a Liberty!
You can get some skids and hooks and wheel it in pretty stock form!
Plus you can get the skyslider, its like a convertible comfy Jeep, what beats that?!
