Yeah it does look good, I just don't like chrome on anything except for a bike, or some classics haha
And I do have one, its the Mitsu Tomoe on my shoulder blade.
Unfortunetly I never got it touched up after I got it done, so even though its only 2 years old its slightly faded and I never have the time or money to get it fixed haha
How about you?

Yeah it is definitely a time consuming process..
Well my dad is on his way up here for the weekend. Unfortunately without my XJ... In two weeks I will have the funds to do the motor swap, as long as no unexpected bills come up..

Haha hes just up for my sisters birthday, and to check out the house.
We have a very weird situation, where he got laid off, couldn't find another job here and wanted to move to NC in a few years anyways so looked down there, and got one almost instantly back in March. Well the house we live in wasn't finished being renovated so I have slowly been doing things to get it done, and he would come up once every month or so to check it out and help out, and finally its done enough that it went up on the market to be sold this week.
Problem with that is, me and my sister need to get our own place once this is one is sold, and I have 2 Jeeps and my truck and she has a Jeep, plus my toys and a dog and a cat so renting is out of the question, and we need a house with at least a 2 car garage with possibilities of adding on to it.
She makes awesome money for a now 22 year old and will make more after she graduates this semester, and I do not make great money, but have little expenses now and am looking for a better job to help out, and after 2 more years with a degree I should hopefully find a decent paying job.

Damn sounds like you need a bunch of things to fall the right way! Hope all goes well.

One good thing about the market right now, it gives you more time to save and find a spot for you two.

Thanks!
Yeah we want to stay in the area, which usually isn't cheap but thanks to the market there are forclosures popping up every week, that keeps things affordable.

I heard of some nice foreclosures in westlake off dover center. Nice split level went for 79k I mean it needed a bit of work but not to much.

I think alot of it is about timing, because Im sure alot of people hawk the foreclosure list and jump on them when they come up.

That sounds like a pretty good steal, and yeah timing is everything!
I keep an eye on them very closely, and since I had my real estate lisence for a year before realizing it was a horrible time for a 19 year old (that looks like hes 15) to try to be a realtor in this market, I still have access to the realtor based MLS site so I can find houses a few days before they hit the public. Also can get some good info at ease for the bank owned homes to see what they owed on the house.

Eh I dunno.. I like the idea of just using it to benefit myself. I really would love to be able to "flip" houses, or just have a few rentals, and having the knowledge and experience would help out, but its a brutal way to make a living strictly on commission..

If you think thats brutal dont try to flip houses. Unless you got bank and are strictly buying and selling. (no work needed)

I refuse to ever own more then one property for renting purposes. I deal with it now and I see all the actual headaches and to me the little bt of money you make off it is not worth it to me. I guess I just value my time and health more then money. lol
