Glad to hear the ball joints are back in. Both my jeeps have the failed trans hanger "thunk". I'd love to borrow your MIG for one minute on my cracked rear leaf mount...remember PB, pipe wrench and a measuring tape is all that's needed for an alignment. (I like pissing off the guys from tire shops that like to sell a 4 wheel alignment!)
Are you going to be around before Saturday afternoon? I'll trade some use of a welder for help with an alignment!

I discovered that I do have a transmission coolant system. Well, its a small radiator piece in front if the regular radiator and the AC fins that is about 1/3 size from the rest with lines going to the tranny....
Looks like a duck and I heard a quack, so...

ohio has no fender flare law that says tires must be covered. Im in the city too so they would prolly say something here first. You only need a rear view mirror. They care more about a rear tag light more than flares. There is no bumper height law either. In some states your front and rear bumper has to be a certain amount of inches to the ground.

" Many states will allow larger vehicles to have larger tires and taller ride heights, which is usually dictated by the truck's gross vehicle weight. For instance, Ohio allows only a 24-inch front bumper height for those under 4,500 lbs, 26 inches for 4,501 to 7,500 lbs and 31 inches for vehicles over 10,000 lbs."
