Not getting it at 8k, but look more like 15-16k. Still not bad, I should be going inside soon. I found out it has a small deck in back and the basement gets "damp" So Ill find out what that means. Im gonna take a bunch of pics too.
But still for 16k Im most likely taking it no matter what.
unless the foundation is completely crap or something.
Already got plans for it HAHA, How I wanna extend deck and the garage.

That how I am with this house, I have plans, but with limited income, big projects may take a while! Still waiting a word back from the listing agent....

Thanks, mine was good! I have another dinner for the other side of the family in about 30 mins, but we just got a call from our Realtor! The bank took the offer, but wants to close in under 30 days!!
