Nope, gotta wait to get in and see it. Hopfully this week. I'm anxious to get in there, atleast I'll know what I'm getting into or if it's worth it.

Well I expect to have to change all flooring, carpet, tile, laminate etc. Probably paint/patch all walls.

Maybe change out some light fixtures and so on. Just hoping nothing to major or at least not effect us moving in.

 

Yeah that would be nice and pretty similar to what were looking at. But we got lucky and the first floor is nice hardwood other then kitchen and bath. Which the kitchen will be done right away and the downstairs bath is in awesome shape. The walls actually are pretty nice and nutreul white for temp. living other then the kitchen which is just very dirty.. And we need a masonary guy to come rebuild the side of the front steps which was the biggest issue the house had since it looks like someone backed the moving truck into them crubling some of bricks and pushing it out a little bit...

 

Still no word, but I also forgot to ask! LOL

I guess there is always tomorrow! Its my bosses friend who is selling it so its not like I have to worry about it being bought out from under me.

Haha yeah thats my buddies XJ that we finally finished the floor on! Now that he has the truck, hes listing both to see which will sell first!

 

So he has the dodge ram? And he was gonna trade it for jeeps? lol

 

Haha yeah hes the one with the XJ and the diesel ram. He found a post on a off-road forum for a guy looking to sell those two jeeps for a cummins or powerstroke and got excited since they were both awesome looking jeeps, but either way the guy already sold his XJ so only has the ZJ now..

 

bummer, Guy dont have the Cash to go with the ZJ! HAHA

 

Well he doesn't live that close... So hes kinda still in contact with him but I haven't been following him with his car sales I got enough to worry about with getting this house emptied! haha

 

I didnt expect you to follow his sales dude. But you talked about it alot so I asked.
