Below is the leak I couldn't track down cause it was covered by everything.

Old

I ended up taking the top brace out with both the shroud and electric still attached.

Old stuff w/ the new fan clutch on the fan.

ohio roll call-image-182072402.jpg

Took 5hrs to do because I went stupid slow and when I got everything back on I didn't get the fan shroud and electric fan into their respective peg holes at the bottom of the radiator after I had it all bolted down so had to unbolt the brace and re do it. If I have to do it again should only take 3hrs w/ help maybe 2.

The only problem I have now is there's a slight leak from where the new waterpump outlet tube that attaches to the heater hose. I didn't put gasket stuff on because it had red stuff on which I thought would work so had to smear rtv around it so hopefully it stops the leak.

Do you plan on covering the tank at all or just leaving it in the open like that?

Eventually I'd like to get the GenRight gas tank but that's a pipe dream at this point.

Nice! I think I'm going to try to build my own. I'm gonna start with a stubby style that's no wider than where the bumper brackets are already at. I think it's gonna be roughly 8 inch deep by 10 inch tall and however wide the frame rails are. Should be just enough to fit my 8000 lb mile marker.

I would have liked to build my own but I can not weld. I will be taking a welding class at the local tech school and go from there because I really don't want to pay a local shop to weld on my frame stiffeners when I decide to put those on.
