Hey Guys, I'm from Canton and getting ready to buy an XJ here in the next week or so and I have a technical question for you.
I found an XJ I really like but the current owner has told me the heater core is leaking into the cab, is this a difficult repair? from what I found on the net it seems pretty involved. Anyone know of a local shop that might do it at a decent price?
I like the Jeep but I dont want to buy it and have to throw a bunch of cash at it right out of gates.

You can do it in a few (4-8) hours.Depends on wrenching experience. Will only cost the price of the heater core.

lots to heater cores... you can buy pass it till you get the money together but last time i quotes it at a shop they told me 5 hours at $90 an hour... so you do the math... it aint cheap... it could be the rubber line leaking in the engine bay but its actually dumping into the cab... pretty common... or you can rig it to me and i charge cheaper and shop online for the cheapest heater core
but your a hour and a half away or so...
