Any Georgians?

Nevermind. I found it. I think we'll be game. I'll be in the baby Jeep towing the camper. 23 bucks a night for camping sounds like a deal to me.
Do the sites fill up quick?

Um... We found that last minute last year and they had two spots left by the creek we grabbed the night of the event. But I would expect this year to be different. I'll probably get a site by July 1st if I can.

I'll tell ya... I really enjoyed camping up above Helen last year. The GA mountains are awesome.
Is this campground way up in the mountains? My Jeep didn't care for towing my camper up the mountain last year.

I'll grab a site as soon as I know I can go. The only issue is that I may not know if I can go until the last minute.

Jasper isn't really all that hilly. The main road 515 is what everything is off of and there really aren't that many bad hills to climb. The campground is right off 515 by like 1/2 a mile, you shouldn't have any problems towing it over.
I hope it is a little warmer than last year. I'd like to go doorless but we'll see. Last year I just left them at the site

Yeah, it all depends. I'll have to make the call when the time gets closer.
With the baby I'm sure I'll have forgotten all about it by then. I'll put it on my calendar and see what happens.

What are the trails like? All mild easy riding mountain trails or are there real obstacles? Small stuff or is there any crawling?

The obstacle courses are really cool. They have three levels of those and the hard one looked pretty challenging for even one on 33's and locked. Then they had the big obstacle area where Kevin played on the cement block tower. I'll look for pictures of stuff.
All the trails are easy stuff with the hard parts being sharp turns, climbing hills, and climbing general stuff in the woods. Not anything straight rocks other than the big obstacle course. NAGAXJING has that in his avatar.

Even though, it'd probably be fun to play on the big boy obstacle course I think it'd be a waste to haul the trail jeep out there to play on one obstacle. I'd enjoy it more in the baby Jeep.
