Got my rear bumper built, but I managed to drop my phone in the creek while wheeling, so no pics of it yet.

Sheeps wallow is outside Dahlonega right? Was there anything too it? Any pics?

Also, are any of you interested in a nice TJ? 81k miles. 4.0, 5spd, lockers front and rear with 5,13s, 36 TSLs. Does awesome on the trails and can still drive down the rd.

It's a steal at $8500

Yeah, it was pretty cool once I actually got out on the obstacle course and on the trail ride.

I only got to do one trail ride but it was decent.

Since it was JKFest I was in a line for the trail ride with about 10 pretty built TJ's and JK's. My little XJ on 31's...

Trail leader walked by and asked who's green Cherokee that was. I told him it was mine. He said "You might not want to ride this trail. I don't think you'll make it up the hill climb at the end."

I told him I was going to try it either way and if I couldn't make it I'd turn around and come back. No big deal.

I made it thru the spot he was talking about with absolutely no problem. Once I got to the top I had to sit and wait on a couple JK's that were struggling behind me. I got to the end and made sure I let him know that I didn't struggle a bit. As long as you have 4 wheels on the ground, traction and it's not deep ruts then it has nothing to do with the size of the tire or the body on top of the suspension. It's all in how you drive.

Typical high horse JK owner.

I totally agree....those guys in those JK'S for the most part seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I have a dear friend that had one and he is one of the few that's not like that.

Yup. I was really surprised at the lack of XJs there.

I saw maybe 10-15 XJs all weekend. Couple ZJ's and some WJ's.

Yes it's outside of dahlonega...pretty decent trail, a little mud, quite a bit if gullies, power lines, on one line you go down a flowing creek bed with a few step downs through it, has a couple of pretty good hills to climb as well. Pretty neat place, we found a couple of yuppies in there in a new land rover....buried to the frame in mud...lol of course we had to pull him out.

If I had known my plans were going to fall through on Sunday afternoon I would have made a detour and wheeled Sheep Wallow with ya.

Looks and sounds awesome man. Do you live close by? Next time I'm up, id love to come check it out.

Y'all don't forget to put the Helen Jeepfest on y'all's calendar. March 14-16. Definitely need to do some riding if we're all up there.
