Advice needed, or really just opinions.
I'm tired of the old school "project" jeeps
Been looking at WK s and WJ's
The WK are ifs, but I think they look better and the rear gas tank doesn't hang down as far
The WJ is solid axle on both sides but looks like an egg on wheels. I am also having a hard time finding one in good shape and I have yet to find one with part time 4wd.
Other sites iv been on say that the WJ has bad electric problems, but the WK has front diff oiling issues when lifted.
I don't plan on going higher than a 4" lift and 33's so both can be lifted that high.
This will be a family camping rig.

If you ride hard, then go for the WJ. You can enjoy some creature comforts and still have the straight axle setup.

I might go if my pinion seal doesn't take forever and a day with any unforeseen things happening.
Xj all the way, can't beat them for a DD/ family vehicle/ most capable and street friendly jeep as far as I'm concerned.

Yep that ride was at durhamtown last year... Me my dad and andy all met up with a few more of us for that one... Good group of folks!
