Any of you guys ever had any problems after wheeling or during wheeling with the transmission? Not really slipping just loss of torque in 3rd and drive low gear is fine. Lots of up hill and down hill

Cool. I'll try 10-12 and go from there.

Got a transmission cooler?

As far as I know everything is stock with it. We hit beasleys today and I'm not sure it's the transmission, maybe the torque converter, it shifts fine I just have power loss on take off.

No it can't.

The thing could benefit from a cooler, the auto's can get real hot when it is warm out. Last time I went out I ran my fan and the heat and it didn't hear up at all. Time before last that I went to Chocco, it ran hot as hell and I couldn't hardly get it to calm down.

I'm assuming your talking about your tranny heating up? What did yours do when it heated up?

It read hot on the temp gauge so I just had to stop a bunch and let it cool off. I didn't keep it going

No, we're thinking about the same part.

I figured it was worth a shot.

Haha doesn't hurt to try. I'll give you $50 shipped for one of them. Might as well give my money to a fellow cherokee guy than a rando on eBay.
