ok so I got my 1st jeep XJ a few weeks ago, still working on getting it to pass for the wonderful tag.
but want to do a lot to it.
what is going thought on a 6.5 lift long arm of course and doing the rusty's front quater panle with the 6" cut outs for bigger tires. once that is done I will be looking to take her out and break her in the right way.
but want to do a lot to it.

that works was thinking about that any ways, but was looking at saving a bit of time and all. but will look into getting a cut off saw and go from there. will just need to figger out how much to cut off. but could always do the wrangler fenders and be done with it

Welcome man! Agree with all of the above your gonna need every bit of money you can get your hands on to build these damn things right if you want to go high on the lift. And as far as saving time, whats that, i got more hours into this rig than I do my prerunner and hardtailed harley combined.

I am in the metro area of ATL, so yea have to make sure all is good with the tires hanging out from the fenders, don't want to give the state any more money then I have to. I have been looking at both rustys and rough country, and like how rough ya do not have to remove the arms to pull out the transfer case cause the support is removable. but from what I have read the kit is fully rebuild able and all of that and is about 300 bucks cheeper.
