I just use this 12in long adapter for my axle swaps... oreillys $10 and done... even used on my long arms for the MJ with the Dana 30... bolt on 12in that can be had at any parts store as well as factory brake lines is nice if I snap one!
I have mid section stiffners, fronts are next.
N20 is running his 44 with a passenger upper. There isn't a driver side mount in the housing like a 30 obviously, and I don't want to weld to the cast housing. The drivers side has the driveshaft and exhaust right there and a 3rd link would be harder to add without out boarding it to the top of the frame mount like Clayton does, but their kit is super expensive, and I don't know how I could weld it to that mount (how to get the gun up there and see it enough to feel comfortable with it. The frame mounts are burned into the unibody and I'm not cutting it off... I agree, but I don't see a super easy way like the passenger side. I can't find a simple 44 bridge to add a link mount to either than isn't $200 or a full truss.
Look at N20's build and his swap. His angles and all look great, and he had thoroughly beat on it with only the passenger mount.

I've seen many 60's as well... I plan on have one Y link on the passenger side only for mine... however i am building the arms and axle for dual Y links just incase... other side rips off I can bolt the other one on and go... lol

Talk with the company's man.... Artecs truss and their upper link mounts that I have are designed to be the 8in from the axle center point needed for the right separation between upper and lower link mounts...
I'm sure they arnt the only ones... just mount that drivers side on the truss if u want it over there... that's what everyone else does

Any Georgians?
I think an independent arm will be fine. I'll look into ad rivers side arm, but I don't know where to mount the frame link.

I wanted to do a 3 link plus track bar but I'm raising my lower mounts so would mean my upper would be up through the floor... I guess I could... lol... more work! But I see plenty do just fine with radius or Y links... so much easier to build...

Yeah, but it mounts to the top of the frame mount and I don't know how to get the gun into that spot and feel good about that weld Holding for a upper mount.

My buddy ownes a hydro shop here in griffin and they make custom brake lines... could have helped ya out I'm sure!!

Yea, he probably could have, I thought about using stock soft lines but decided to go a head and convert all the soft line stuff to AN-3 lines, I will carry a couple of caps in my trail tools so if I have any issues I can isolate them by capping off either side or the whole rear. Hard lines are just regular steel lines with adapters to go to -3 fittings.
