Andy, see you on the 17th. Bring your shaft and I'll bring $20.

Hits both ways, left hand turn is worse. Gonna see if my local friend will help me out two little bends in it. The stock one has a two small 10* bends to clear the diff. Didn't even think about it.

Just leave the PVC on there so it flexes around it.

I gotta make sure the third link clears the exhaust, other than that it should be good.

It'll self clearance.

I just finished buttoning up the engine in the green Jeep I just bought. Fired it up, ran slick as a button. Hopped in for a test drive and something in the engine let loose. Now it's knocking... ****ing lovely.

I'm thinking broken piston skirt. Odd that it'd do that now, though. The engine lasted fine from TN to Utah and back this time last year. Now it's in this Jeep and knocking.

That SUCKS. That'd be my luck.

If it does I think I can chop the downpipe up and take an inch out.

Yeah, I checked the flex plate/TC bolts, they're good. Pulled the valve cover, all the rocker arms look fine, etc.

It seems to be running OK but with the knock so I'm thinking an issue with the top end is out. It stumbles every now and then so I'm not 100% sure. I think I'll just sell everything, buy a Honda civic and be done with it.

You've got 5 now. Surely you can fix it.

I can. I just don't want to. I'd like for something to go right for once. That'd be cool.

Speaking of which, who needs parts off of a 99 2 door? It's time to part it out.

Everything is there except the transmission parts.

Buy an Altima. That's what I'll be in when I come get the driveshaft.
