Ya that be great but all cooling system parts are less than 2 years old . I had this issue about 6 months ago chunks of rust in passenger side tank ? Green coolant always but rust chunks im at a loss. Run all day long in town .180 or so get on long run chunks get lifted up and block tubes in pass tank push clutch in let circulation settle chunks sink . Few miles down th road same thing. And so on...

Do you think it might be from either inside the block? Or even in the intake manifold? I know coolant flows through there also...

Intake does not get water thru it on 4.0,Some foreign cars do. That's whats got me puzzled where it coming from. seeing how small our radiator are you block one third of it it runs warm .

Would a glazed, loose, or otherwise contaminated belt slip on the fan/water pump pulley at higher RPM's?

Gary, you're positive they're not coming from the radiator? Those rust chunks are in your reservoir/overflow tank right?
