Yep. My 3.5" RE lift is not 3.5" - more like 4" now that its settled.

If I were you though, I'd piece together your own lift using killer parts. I bought Rubicon's full kit and I plan on changing my dampers to Bilsteins and my lower control arms (paired with upper ones too mind you) to Teraflex somewhere down the road.

RE's lower control arms are fine but they're not adjustable and their dampers and not the smoothest things in the world. They're springs on the other hand - top quality!

What's the best way that y'all have taken care of rust? I'm going to get some undercarriage paint or would like Line-X be better?
