Hmmm...you think making the fan all the time as a precaution be a good idea?

First thing to check is clutch fan condition. It gotta be stiff to turn when engines at operating temp. Then I would cover the grill with card board to restrict the air flow so temp rises to see if aux fan does come on.

The Lebaron ones look really awesome I've got an 01 so when mine sits after I turn it off my temp goes up to like 235 and the fuel in the rail boils and causes me to misfire so I need a way to cool it keep it cooler and they seemed like a pretty permanent solution

Did you wrap the Injectors yet . You can also instal a cool down timer on cooling fan. Hood vents create another issue when heavy down poors occur .Massive amounts of water entering engine bay possibly creating other issues.

Efan turns on at 218. I have been looking into a cool down timer as a matter of fact. Was thinking of getting a headlight delay relay and going that route due to the prices of the actual fan timers.

I just saw a write up on it. The hood spacer just lift rear of hood off of weather stripping why not just remove the seal and use a cool down set up. The heat comes from the precats . Theres also a heat sheild that can be added. Its a bad design from the second the pencil drew it on the paper.

My hood is propped with 1x1. I like it. I can see the heat rolling up the windshield. I mean I know it doesn't do much for engine temps, rather drops under hood temps which can help with engine temps.
