Typical junkyard run....lol...I would literally go maybe about 4 days out of the week for weeks and found nothing then don't go for a week then all if a sudden something is telling me to hit the jy...I usually have luck finding stuff but not lately.... Well until they started changing their process of recycling cars for metal...the ones down by me would only last a week sometimes a few days but since lkq bought them out cars and trucks sit for weeks which is good when you try to accumulate cash for a diff or something but sucks because you will have to wait a while till something new pops up

It was a massive JY with like 20XJs and 7-8 ZJs I think one of the ZJs had a skid plate but it had no tires and was sitting on the ground so it was near impossible to get. There was one red Comanche but there was nothing left of it really sad sight actually I have never personal seen one in person and I want one so so bad now
Was the tail gate there? Tail lights? Interior? Axles?
Do you remember what drivetrain it had?
I had a guy yesterday while on the off ramp give me a card for karnagemotorsports he said he was the father of the guy on the card which is the CEO (William)...
He said that he was also looking for a jeep comanche and asked if I was selling mine...I quickly declined...I built this truck from scratch literally....
But I know what you mean about needing to have one. my inspiration to having one is my buddy mike( jeep diva) lol...he bought an 89 4cyl 4x4...I went with him the day he bought it and fell in love with it and at the time I was considering a cherokee but I also needed a truck with 4wd capabilities and lucky I came across his because I know the jeep community is endless...

Gotta do what you gotta do. I bought, fixed and sold a couple projects after I got back just to keep my family provided for. You can always build another if needed.

I hate it when people are "You HAVE to have a Jeep". Well, technically, I dont have one at the moment. My wife needed a vehicle to drive to get kids to school and to work so I gave her mine while I have the work truck and my Ruckus. Although in the process of fixing and selling vehicles I've acquired various pieces for when I put one together for myself.
