Well, I decided to take a quick recon of Krome and 27 about an hour ago, and I noticed the dreaded "Stench of burning oil".
I've still got great oil pressure, but I think my rear main seal just decided to retire.
There's oil all over the bottom of the bell housing and it's dripping onto the exhaust.
Yay for me!!!! Not.

Oil filter adaptor and sender are probably not the culprits, and the valve cover gasket is a brand new Fel-Pro installed last month. The oil is on the drivers side of the motor and bell housing, dropping onto the front driveshaft. I looks like it's being slung up and out of the hole for the CPS.

And yes, I made it to Krome. Nice and muddy and lots of standing water.
There's a jetski back there that looks like a fixer-upper.

I like 137 and 8st but after joining a so called "BBQ" lol....
I'm afraid to even dip my truck into anything unless it's a spot I know about...
I got lost one time a while back and I was rolling around in trails for a few hours till I realized I had a compass on the phone and jeep diva said to head east...
