It also heavily depends on who makes the leaf pack. RE 3.5 leafs are never 3.5 inches. Mine, after 9 months of settling, daily driving and krome abuse, is still raked. It looked like a hot rod when I first finished the lift.
Rough Country 4.5 leafs are pretty much terrible.
You might want to look at 3.5 RE leafs with some shackle relocation boxes - they add about 3/4 to an inch of lift, increase rear flex and improve ride quality.
Those will be my next major mod. That and adjustable control arms and adjustable coil spacers.

If you fix the heat soak problem i have with mine in the process I'll think about it I need hood vents ASAP but yeah I want it to ride like a caddy and wheel like a freakin beast

Usually loose intake/exhaust bolts will do that or a cracked header
