Looks like your going to have some rubbing issues when you turn I n the front....

Yeah. The OMC, Outboard Motor Corporation, was a division of AMC. The Mercruisers used a variety of Chevrolet parts and engines just like our 2.5L. To use the old Mercruiser engine, just swap to a Chevy/AMC 2.5L head and accessories. The Later 3.0L Mercruisers were bored and stroked 2.5L engines. The first model 3.0L would bolt right up to a GM Corporate 60° bell housing. The later year 3.0L had a totally different bell housing.

Lol it's fun my girl and I went for a joy ride in it earlier and I didn't go 120 by anymeans in it and yeahhh it's gonna run for sure I'll be trimming if not removing stuff for sure
