I came out of the store a few minutes ago and witnessed two older black men talking. There conversation never had more than three words in a row that made no sense to any thing the other had said. And apparently they under stood each other . Gave me a chuckle ...

Yeah I'm pretty sure diffs are still stock...
I'm still going to search either for the 4.10 8.25...
Or find someone parting out an xj with 3.55s

Good luck with the 4.10s. I've been on the look out for TJ Rubi axles to get 4.10s and Dana 44s but my 3.55s were a big upgrade for sure. Especially with the 31s.

Good luck finding rubi axles for a good price...last set I seen we're going about $2k....
If I can at least find the rear I wouldn't mind regearing the front....

For 2400 you can buy a D44 front or rear from 4Wheel Parts fully loaded with your choice of ARB locker or Detroit Trutrac, gears and G2 shafts. That's worth more than paying used and then buying all you need.

Yeah I've seen that before with younger cats but they did actually try to rob someone....
But I've had those moments that didn't have to say much but head gestures and know what your saying....

Goodies for the Mj! While I've got NO flooring or seat (being redone), I'm going to wire my stereo, satellite, speakers and comm wires.

That's still more than I want to pay. I'm just sitting here with my fingers crossed that there's some dude who decided to step up to 1 tons and just wants to get rid of his OEM stuff.

So far though, the HP30 and 8.25 seem to be pretty tough pieces for mild wheeling.

Honestly, you really don't need more than that.

Yea its a 4x4 now. He did a pretty decent job from what i see. Needs to be adjusted a little. I talked to him over text message and i think lower adjustable control arms would help. There are a few electrical issues. He had led strobes hooked up all over the jeep for his job but they were removed poorly. There are live cut wires all over the place

Its sad though, i was looking at his build thread for it. By the time he finished it he had to sell it. It seems he never got to enjoy it really.
