Morning guys, so last night I came across a guy that builds driveshafts and he claims to have made a cv driveshaft WITH the slip yoke, direct bolt on and makes it so you done have to do the sye..,,,I'm just wondering if this is too good to be true.....I sent him an email about his guarantee and return policy. Hoping to hear back from him soon

In theory. SYE also shortens rear shaft of tc thus creating less angle . On older cases it also stop fluid from leaking out rear seal if rear shaft breaks and you drive home on front.

I broke my rear shaft last weekend and had a front wheel drive jeep on the way home, thankfully it was only a mile from my house. Time to get an sye then I guess.

Yours being newer you were able to with no fluid loss. Having a spare shaft from junk yard could have been bolted in and saved day with a sye installed.

Good morning fellas
Changed the serpentine belt and tensioner...
Noticed the power steering pump has a small case of wobble...
Has anyone ever swapped the pulley? Or you need to change out the whole pump?

is the wobble in the shaft or the pulley, I'd think the shaft going into the pump would be what's wobbling

I don't even know...I just seen a mini wobble and some friction while spinning it by hand...so it might be either or...
