Lol maybe...with time...
That amc 20 I'm keeping in my pile of 4.10 axles lol....
Bought spring perches today and I'll shoot by the Jy to grab the parts for a disc brake swap from a liberty/grand Cherokee...and if the price is right I'll grab the wj booster and master cylinder to do the swap...

are the wj booster and master cylinder more powerful for the bigger brakes? I'm kinda having trouble actually hard hard stopping with my one tons and I feel like it's because I can't move enough fluid

Quick hydraulic theory lesson for you guys. When you move fluid from a large area to a smaller one, the pressue increases. Now increasing the size of the vacuum booster isn't where the pressure comes in, it's in the larger bore of the master cylinder. Its piston holds more volume than the MJ/XJ unit creating more pressure to the lines.

To many it's a considerable upgrade...iirc the xj/mj from 92- had single power boosters which sucked for brakes...I can slam my brakes for the Comanche and I wouldn't be able to come to a full stop until after 20' of rolling and I'm only on 3" lift and 31s with brand new brakes front and rear...
Adding the wj booster and master cylinder adds the extra boost to push the hydraulic fluid as mentioned above from Lee to make a difference in braking...
It's nothing like a race car type but BIG difference from single to double power boosters...

A lot of people don't realize how that works. Way back when, I put Dana 60's under my old '75 W100 Power Wagon, first thing I did was to put a 1 ton master cylinder on there to accommodate for the massive Dana 60 calipers and wheels cylinders.

If your looking for more braking power out of those 1 tons...I've seen in this thread where the guy used a dodge 2500 brake master cylinder to help with braking....

Good morning fellas....
Thinking the fuel pump is going out in the Cherokee...
When cold stupid slow cranking until it catches pressure/power/ or something to make it crank faster after it catches something...then starts
I was at a Walgreens yesterday when it didn't want to start...
If it doesn't rain today I'll be double checking the starter cables from the battery if there's enough connection to start....
If not there's $170 to a new Bosch pump....

Which sucks because I just put in 18 gallons of gas yesterday morning

I didn't pay anywhere near that because I had one of the 5 prototypes. We pretty much only paid for materials. Lol. He asked what we liked and didn't like for feedback and went from there.
