I through up about a hour after you left. I over did it. Too hot. I got it done and got home. Death wobble at 40. I'm sure it's because of alignment but damn she is solid!! Don't drive that bad either being locked front and back. I drove 30 mph down state rd 7 from Atlantic to Pembroke road haha. I just now started feeling better. We both over did it man. My appreciation for your help is un measurable. I'll get some pictures of ride height in a few.

This reminds me of a member here batman33165...
I was helping him do his clutch a day before he was moving to Virginia
We were batting that transmission for over 6 hours till we finally got the transmission in and crossmember in he walked over to a tree and just started puking he did it a couple times till I told him to go inside the house and eat and rest for a bit until I button up the rest...we did a decent job considering he was towing a mini uhaul to Virginia...
Also, was cleaning my truck out and found your 13/16 wrench...
So I figured if I get enough heat on the nut maybe it'll break WRONG! Every nut fought me until the end till I started feeling woozy I found a spot where there was shade and sat down breathing hard, headache, and still woozy for a couple minutes...I didn't have water or anyone to help me so I just grabbed my tool bag and struggled because I have a heavy tool bag...but made to the front of the junkyard where there's a lunch truck I grabbed a Gatorade and cooled down...
I went the next day prepared...ice cold water, food, and hydrated...

I had a bad headache all night. I ate some chicken noodle soup and slept for like 12 hours. Haha. I still have to go back and get the stabilizer. Tire. Bumper. Rocker guards. I felt like hammered hell yesterday.

You've both just experienced Heat Exhaustion. If it would have gotten worse, then Heat Stroke would have followed. Consider yourselves lucky, it could have been worse.

I laid in my jeep for a hour with the Ac running contemplating calling the red bus. Then I would puke. I'll have a garage within next years boys don't worry. It will have Ac.

You need to drink atleast one ounce of water per pound of your body weight. If ypu weigh 160lbs, drink 160oz of water or Gatorade. It takes 8hrs for your body to fully absorb that water back. I deal with this a lot down here with these Army guys. Drink lots of water (beer or sodas do not count. Lol) and then sleep it off as well. Your body will relax and recover.

Walt is a great guy, can't say anything bad on his part at all. Im on the verge of Heat Exhaustion myself and I've been through about 3 gallons of water today but at 69% humidity and a 100 degree heat index, on concrete all day, it's bad.
Just glad no one is hospitalized.
