Well I guess if it helps my jeep withs starting issues I can just duct tape u to the side

No but have had it for a few years now it used to start first hit of the key it started sputtering and take its sweet ol time to start

No I don't have a compression tester but it runs great after I hit the key the 2nd time it fires and has power low,midrange,and top

It could be the fuel pump. A long start usually means they are going. Then like you said, second key turn, fires right up. Or maybe even a clog in the line somewhere?
