Ok, that's cool...When ya bring it to me we will work it, after you pay your battery cable bill I will pay my transport bill...How much is the transport bill and I will let you know the price of those battery cables...lmao

I don't have anything lying around but I know where to get all that stuff, but you do mean an ar15 and not ar13 correct...never heard of an ar13...and that stuff ain't cheap...about 1/3 the price of a full gun, and that part has the serial number so it is the registered part of the firearm!
