theres people going should be there around 10.30 im working tomorrow if i get offf early ill try and show i start at 6.30 so 8 hrs is 2.30 im in boca ride back 1/2 get my arrival time around 3.30 to 4 gotta play it by ear

My workout kicked my *** this morning:
31 Minute AMRAP (As Many rounds as possible)
95# thrusters 8 times
6 modified rope climbs
11 box jumps
400m 26# kettlebell (in each hand) Farmers Carry
But, now at work. Then gonna go chill with the boys. What's up with y'all? Been dead in here

Had a great ride at Krome today. Spent the day with a couple of CF boys. Had a great time.
