Morning to all
Keepin my fingers crossed to hear back from the owner of a building I have been looking at for a new shop. Hope to hear something good and hopefully start moving in by end of the week. This will be 100% my place, no more splitting a place with someone. Centrally located in Ft. Lauderdale off sunrise and Andrews ave. If it does go through I will be having a meet and greet there in the coming weeks. Everyone is welcome to come and check out the place and discuss your future plans and check out other peoples rides.
I will give more details once I hear back from the owner.

On another note, there are a lot of things going on this weekend around the south eastern part of the state...Who's doing what?
1. St. Lucie county mud jam starts Friday and goes until Sunday.
2. Grant Seafood festival, Grant Florida Saturday and Sunday event, good seafood, loud music and LOTS of beer...lol
Add to the list if you know of anymore happenings.
I will be heading to Grant seafood festival on Saturday A.M. And maybe Mud jam Sunday on the way home.
