I don't know if you saw pics of it, but I did a receiver hitch from a gm truck for my front bumper. its the 7500lb variety. Its not done yet but it is mounted and looks badazz...lol

Yeah I did I have some 3.5 in sq tube that I used on my back bumper and a receiver tube already but I dont want to have to cut that new gaurd so I'll have to see how it all can fit together

The guard will look awesome but it won't make a good recovery point. It will fold in half the first time you pull on it. I would build a recovery point first that ties back into the unibody first then modify the brush guard to fit around it.

I plan to use the diagrams ive found on here for bumper brackets and I actually have an 8ft length of 1x2 metal that I want to use for my recovery points atleast I think its about that size
And if anyone would like some of it ill sell it cheap after im done with it
