For all those who have been asking.... The Painting Materials List......
Paint : different for everyone but what I will prolly end up doing is having you paypal me the money and Ill order it
Masking material : Newspaper or brown paper is fine you don't necessarily need the "masking paper"
Tape: blue painters tape or green paper tape is fine. The better the tape the cleaner the line and the easier it is to de-mask.
Sand paper: This is another item that varies with application. Possibly end up just like the paint.
Solvent: I am running low, if someone is feeling generous atleast a gallon but a five of Methyl Ethyl Ketone *MEK* would be greatly appreciated. It can be had at the Homo Depot
If you help/do the prep work I would entertain shooting it for free when I can get your jeep in. Will take a weekend to prep and shoot and cure enough before you can drive it home.
Also my air compressor runs on Yuengling, a sixer should be plenty per jeep... just saying.
Any questions just ask...

Not sure yet, gonna look at some different ideas. Gotta make sure I have a tag light though wherever I mount it

I will PM you the price of the paint and my paypal info, gift the money so I dont have to pay a fee. Depending on the state the fenders are in I am either going to use 320 grit if the paint isnt in bad shape or 80 grit if they are shot. Both of which I have enough to do a pair. I will have to check this weekend and see how much clear I have. Then as soon as the paint is here it will take me a friday night and a saturday to prep and shoot. Any weekends coming up that you aren't free?
$500 deductible. Dash is messed up. Paint is chipped on dash frame. Stereo gone, maglite gone, surefire gone, huge mess...
Insurance is USAA. They are good...so far. I have full coverage thankfully. They did it at 3:30 am and took their time...they used flashlights and just took their time. It's all on video surveillance footage. Trying to be really calm about it...just moved here last week from VA. Thanks guys for all the moral support.

being a unibody the glass has to be urethaned in, believe it or not its classified a structural component. Its not hard, cut out the glass, grind and remove all the leftover urethane, brush on some windshield pinch primer, lay a fat *** bead of urethane and stick windshield. Get some buddys to hold moderate pressure for a few minutes till the urethane tacks up, in a few hours your good to ride.

Dukie,
Your disconnects are installed
For future reference, ZJ's mount with an offset bracket, sorry for not informing you before. Luckily I already have HD brackets in place.
Excellent job buddy
