Thanks for the info, there isn't one near me, but there is one by my brother in Columbia, and I could possibly live with him, so That's an option. though if I do that, I'll be able to start after June 20th.

Good luck on that these days....
People call off, vacations, terminations, ect...
If you go the route you were telling me you will have a lot of that...
I am normally scheduled 3 12 hr days/nights on, 3 off. Never works out that way though.
I work up to 84 hrs a week if needed....

Yeah, I know....as a CO I would be working 4 days and then off 2, so the days off would change from week to week. same with being a Deputy in my county, but it's easy to get days off as a deputy. I basically just want a job until then, that pays enough for me to afford gas, insurance, jeep stuff, and I'm going to try and get another car this summer.

Tom Woods sells the true SYE, which is pretty expensive but would eliminate any chances of leakage from the tailshaft, and you have to use their driveshaft. You would have to crack T/C to install new tailshaft....

gotta pick some brains,
picked up a motor, i was told it was out of a 96, but by the casting number its a 1991-95......53008405, the head is a 7120, currently i'm tearing it down. got a few questions.. 1, will it work with a 630 head? as i have a new 630 head. 2.where is a good place to order a flex plate? 3. this motor has what appears to have two temp sensors, one on the thermostat housing and one on the rear drivers side head. 4. will my 1997 intake and exhaust manifolds match up if i use the 7120??
thanks in advance.

Your intake and exhaust will bolt right up - no issue whatsoever.
the flexplate you can buy from any auto parts store. Just make sure it's for a 97. Personally something like a flexplate i'd buy factory stuff. The one you need is Jeep/Mopar part# 52118551.
