My brother trimmed the rear fenders a little too high. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix it? He suggested spray foam and painting with bed liner paint.

Did he cut through the pinch seam??? If he did, you need to weld the inner and outer wells together...

looks like he did...
you'll have to weld the 2 pieces back together..

there are a few other things you can do but - most effective will be weld job

but overall it looks real good, and im not usually a fan either..

If I got the jeep to clown tomorrow could you do everything there? Assuming this is cool with clown. I can drop off in the morning and pick up in the late afternoon. I think the other side is going to need welding too.

What just happened?!
I have an apartment, and they don't let me do anything louder than a cordless drill in the parking lot. All my work gets done at 96xjclassic's place. You'd have to ask him about that, or we could go on Ft Detrick and use their Auto Skills shop. It's only a few minutes away from me.

Clown, I was hoping to just drop the keys off with you. I have family stuff so I cant be there. You can drive it where ever you need to and I'll pick it up late afternoon if that works. I was just trying to get coordinated with mike dropping your tires off.

That's lookin real good, Mike.

Pudgy, you can drop it off here, and when Mike gets here, we'll hop in your XJ and take it to Detrick. We can do the work there (if there are any fees, I'll pay them cause I wanna see what all they have there anyway). Mike, maybe we can cut and fold my rear quarters while we're there?
