I learned the hard way when I was stationed at Chanute AFB... buddy wanted me to drive his car back from Ohio. What he didn't tell me was that he broke up with his girlfriend, and it was at her house. And she was shacked up with a big-*** Marine. Saw him coming in the rear view mirror, popped that clutch and never looked back...

In all honesty, first time I drove a car that was manual I could've driven on the road, but I had driven atvs and dirtbikes before that already.
