Well I got pulled over on the way home from work for the first time since November. I was doing so good! Just got a warning, though. I could hear the female cop (mid 30s) talking to her partner who was still in the car, and she thought I was terrified because I was saying "ma'am" and "sir" to the officers. Apparently, she thought it was funny that I'm so young and scared, so she gave me a warning and told me to look up the statistics on speeding deaths under the age of 25. It was hard to keep a straight face cause if she looked me up, she would've seen 8 tickets and over a dozen warnings since I got here a year ago.

As for the old tickets, I stopped speeding. The speed limit on that road is 25, but most people drive 45. I was doing 40, and a rookie pulled me over. I'm not bragging about the tickets I've gotten, but I did find her assumptions to be humorous.

I told her to stand by on that, and wanted to see what you guys and gals thought about having a tree cutting party at my house / her yard, and anyone who wanted the wood would be allowed to keep it. I know some of you have fire pits or other random projects, so I told her I'd run it by the forum first to see what people thought. She LOVES to cook, so I can only surmise she'd make some damned good food for everyone. Let me know!
