PullTabMike, you guys been spending a lot of time at the JY. Have you run across any HP D30's? Curious to know what they are charging for one. Thanks

Sucks it's raining today, I wanna start getting the hang of this welder. I've had to stick weld in the rain before. Not fun LOL
I found out real quick latex gloves under your leathers help a lot hahaha

Let me think about this out loud for a moment. If I remember correctly HP vs LP gears spin different directions so I wouldn't be able to use the RP I purchased in December. So I'd need to buy new gears and a master rebuild kit. Other items should be interchangeable other than hubs but that would depend on the year.

Also would need to sort out where to store this during the rebuild process. Pretty sure HOA and the wife don't want this sitting on the patio.

Certainly seems like the route I should take...

I burned about #10 of rod last night at work....was doing great until my gloves got soaked with sweat......Did my fair share of dancing
And yes, latex gloves are a LIFESAVER
And I'm sure you already know, mig hates moisture....

Just LMK, the yard I would pull it out of lets us use Battery tools, so a cutting wheel makes short work out of stubborn mounting hardware
