I still gotta rig that reservoir to where it doesnt leak all over, but I did grab a huge bottle of hydro oil and found out the shaft wasnt bent on the notcher it was just the holesaw so that should be good to go now

a 4x8 sheet at Blvd is 183.04 + tax and I'd think you could easily get 3 front bumpers out of that, maybe 4

No rush.....Wrapping up all my projects now so I can concentrate on getting my new one built

Gotta redo the mounts on the rear bumper I bought, they are really scary

OK so JCR sent me Grade 5 hardware for the winch bumper, I know with its mounting location they wont bear any weight it is going to all be shear tension. Is 85 ksi high enough?
