so the nut you take off to pull the acle(i am guessing) center hub its like 1 1/2 or so has a metal cap thing over it with a cotter pin, what importance is that metal over top, with the cotter?

Pretty important. It helps to keep your axle nut from loosening up.

does anyone have an extra 6 spoke factory rim laying around? I'm trying to get a full size spare, otherwise I'm putting the rubber donut up on the roof rack when i get it (insert troll face here)

if i do lift my jeep if itll be a few months and my tires arent the greatest. theyre kinda like dried/cracked. should i spend the money on 4 new tires or just hold out and see how long theyll last?

Yea I just added it all up from their price list and it came to $89 and some change
