I'm the lead Exchange Engineer for my company. I build, design and maintain my entire company's email system. We have 4 offices, Baltimore, Chicago, LA and Atlanta. I'm responsible for over 700 users........well my team is

Get your MCSE and I'll get you in the door. It's an AWESOME company, very young average age is 32, the owner is only 39. It a great place to work

EVERY time without fail anytime I've tracked a package with UPS and it said "End of Day" it damn sure came at the end of the day

When I was working at JOS. A. Bank help desk we used to call them ID10T problems on our paperwork for the call It was all good till the boss realized what it was. But when you have someone calling about their email not working and turns out the power strip was turned off so the computer wasnt on, its not a hardware or software issue, its beyond user error so it became ID10T

I've worked my share of helpdesks in my career............GOD some people are SO stupid. I'm amazed they can tie their shoes in the morning

I also do quite a bit of side work building, fixing, networking computers. Training people on using them. I used to teach a volunteer class at a Senior home in Catonsville teaching seniors how to use various functions of PC's...........mostly getting and sending emails and pictures LOL. I actually really enjoyed doing that
