caps are good, I havnt played hockey in so long. also, I get about 10 mpg.....I needa tune-up badly though, and I'm also having the surging issue which might be the fact I need a tune-up. I barely hit 200 miles per tank. The new muffler actually helped a lot on my mileage too.
