Yea man! I actually took a pay cut when I took the exchange lead job because all the bonus money I lose out on not being in sales. '09 I got a quarterly bonus of 29K because I was the ONLY engineer for a sales force of 80 and I got a piece of all their action. I just got burnt out on the CONSTANT travel.
I made close to 200k that year
