My turn, Alex!

All crew survived, and the MRAP drove back to base with three wheels:
should have seen the MRAP Rev2 prototype hulls BAE had here for coating, they lost the job to Oshkosh but the entire cabin was milled out of a single hunk of aluminum. the front an the rear were separate and replaceable. If it got hit the motor and trans were part of the cabin so it would break away from the damaged portion and return and they would just slap on a new front or rear. Also with it being modular it wasn't a purpose built vehicle, you could have a comms rig or an ambo or an APC rear and use the same front and cabin. Smart thinking....

Oh, shut up. I just used you as a way to slide my bedliningment into the thread lol

XJ and all parts are still out in Joppa with Mike. Due to scheduling trouble, he didn't get stuff pulled before I got there last week, and we didn't have time to work on it.

Hopefully, for his sake, he turned off his phone and slept for a full 8 hours

Good luck, Jimmy!

By the time you have done all that work, you could have gone to an entirely different drivetrain....like a 350 with simple TBI....
I did research it. I can still use the manifolds and sensors. Just diff head and block.

I guess we are not using those instead of Hummers in the Army because....??
Thats nothing, i got blown up by 850lbs of explosive and still drove the buffalo back... with the axle chained to the body.
