I'm swapping one into a yj at work. I used the 4l60e trans and a atlas 4.3 t-case. The motor mounts he got were universal weld-in mounts, so i made a trans mount and got the transfer case where it needed to be and welded the mounts in. That has been the most time consuming part so far. I don't know what everything cost but the painless harness we just ordered retails for about $1200. He got the headers and mounts from advance adapters. I think he got the radiator from them also. I would guess he has around $5k in parts.
