I might take you up on that offer. Thank you.

The lines were 3/16x20 and 3/16x51. I used the factory lines as a template to copy the bend. All bendin was done by hand. I have a small bender but it was more difficult. Then cut to fit and flare. make sure to put the flare fitting on first. practice your flare first with the cut pieces. Use the factory flare as a reference tool to make sure yours is good.

The brakes were a pain at first. attatch the parking brake bracket to the cable first. Then install the pin and adjuster parts on the one pad, and install the pad with the stud and and spring keeper. next install the other pad with the stud and spring keeper. install the metal bracket/washer, adjuster wire ring and the springs on the large stud where the pads pivot, and the cable guide under the spring on the pad with the adjuster bracket. next install the metal bar with forks. The spring goes on the fork opposite of the pad with the adjuster bracket and the hump in the bar faces the wheel cylinder. then stick the adjuster pin in and the last spring. My terminology is probably off and this may make no sense untill you have parts in your hand!
Thanks for the great info. I will hit advance then. I'm sure many questions will follow.

My theory on all that is that your ford prolly has a towbox on it. My stock elec light system doesnt put out enough power, and that bulb was bad. I was thinking about putting led lights for their low amperage use.

Good Morning. Does anybody have a hook up with a car rental discount? I need to rent a vehicle until the XJ is road ready so that I can start my summer childcare which requires transporting a few kids to and from camp.
