The typical XJ CAI is actually a hot air intake since it places the filter above the exhaust manifold....silly.

Yep, and I don't think I would put one of the actual snorkels on, plus is has some function which clearly helped dukie out when I went wheeling with ya guys. don't think I'll ever go that deep in water

Give me a bit to look back at what we did with my buddies bed lined xj, and his bed lined tj and I'm sure I could figure out a plan for your new toy. Any yeah I think i'm going to buy about 2-3x the amount i'll need for touch-ups and incase I decide to use it anywhere else.

Haha take your time. Worse comes to worse, you'll get it at a M&G where I can hang for more than 5 minutes due to my impatient father. and maybe throw back some

Alex, about the ECU hack... maybe, just maybe I could figure it out. May take me, my mom and my dad but if anyone could do it, it'd be my dad with my mom. If it's electrical they got it and if it's a inline-6, my dad is a nut about it...like i had said before though, he doesn't want to touch my rig for some reason so it'll take convincing.

check dukie's build page. as much of a write-up you'll get. unless (which I can't recall if he did) there's one in the write-up section.
