Good Morning All. PTM is having some serious and painful medical issues and there is something else going on pertaining to this group. He had to change his number and did not say if he will return here or not due to something that took place, but he would not give details. He did tell me that my xj is safe and he will still install the engine when he is physically able.I am almost positive that he will honor his word and commitments to people as soon as he is able.

I lost the job but they will possibly need me within the next 3 months. I am hoping that something else comes through because financially I am drowning. Thanks to all that volunteered to help in any way possible. That's all folks <my porky pig voice>

I did ask if there was anything WE could do to help him and he declined. Mr B told him you came and got your parts.I did mention to him that many were concerned about his well being.

I would like to know what drove him away from here....and to that extreme, and I do believe a word to those that were doing business with him would have gone a long way.

Make sure, for your sake Mava, that the line of communication remains open, and let us know if you at some point, need help again. We will try harder.

Don't knock it till you try it. At the time it wasn't for me either...now it would have been 20 years in the past and I would be grateful if someone had pressured me to go. I had no pressure.

The way I was told, is that a kid should get a better education than their parents. As for me I went a few above my parents , got bored and still joined the Army. As for my step son, he is behind the power curve as his Mum is working on her second Masters. Just remember never stop learning no matter what it is shall be, school or life. And believe it or not your parents are right about 98% of the time since they do have the experiences of living and doing alot. (long long ago I would have never thought my parents were right with things they said. Now looking back, I can agree with things my parents told me and I blew off.)

And Yes something are not meant to be for some people. But all you can do is try it....
