Inspection complete. Just gotta wait for the check. Maryland law states they cannot take more than 45 days to get it to me, but they said it'll probably be three weeks.

A lot of us here are big fans of the JCR sliders. I like the Stage 3 set, personally.

They took out $125 for the carpets cause three rooms have stains. I don't think that's unfair, and she marked down "no damages" so I'm satisfied.

I also went to a local recycling plant and traded four leaf springs, a track bar, and a drag link for $20.
