Holy s that it completely fd up jake...and your right about the system....i was dating a stripper last year and one day she got wasted as I was at work and I get home to her questioning me about me ex I hung out with days prior and she ended up attacking me with anything she could pick up,i warned her to stop or I was calling the police needless to say I called.so she spends a couple of days in jail & when she gets out she goes to the commissioner and tells them I choked her first and she was afraid for her life.keep in mind my roomate & his gf witnessed the whole thing...i get to the commissioners office and there was nothing I could say the warrant was already issued.i spent a couple hrs in booking but when I finally got to speak to the commissioner &my roomate had already spoke to her so she saw it for what what it was.a vindictive nut case that just wanted revenge....but all someone has to do is claim you assulted them & your locked up no questions asked
Any story that begins with "i was dating a stripper" is not going to end well...

Jake I feel you.I have 2 daughters that will be turning 15 and 16 this year. I have not seen them in 10 years.
Women can be cursed creatures, and extremely vindictive, and they wonder why we don't open up to them...lol
My only real goal in life is to live long enough to dance on their mother's grave. Just this past year, the oldest friended me on Facebook...so that's a start. I can only hope that when they are old enough to make their own decisions, they give me a chance.
Moral to the story....do NOT take this lying down. I was taken completely by surprise and then kept being in denial that she CAN'T be THAT bad of a person...and it kept coming. (Insert a real ****ty lawyer on my behalf as well).
Become proactive....go to court to get the order lifted. Have his mother take the child to counseling to get the truth out. Prove the grandmother malicious. Do it for your sanity, and for the sake of the family.
You have served your country in a time of war...this ain't ****. You can do it!
BTW...cool story bro...(come on...you can't just challenge us like that!)
We're rooting for you!
