Sure. I can post up some screen shot of my bend tech when I get home. It makes designing bumpers and cages really nice.

memorial day, it was hot as *****, jeep was running a lil hot. so i figured a great day to do a zj clutch upgrade. my fan clutch was toast. part came in from autozone, and it was a tight fit, but i made it happen. take off in the jeep, i hear the clutch rubbing on something. get out, its a little rod on the radiator causing the rubbing. i say **** it, and keep going. i get to the cook out, and smell coolant (not too much, but the sweet smell when it burns). check the radiator, and the clutch had carved a perfect circle (from the 10 oclock to the 2 oclock) in the radiator. sweet. time for a replacement (mind you my rad was missing one of the top mounts.

tuesday, call out of work. find out afterwards that if you call out the day after a paid holiday, you dont get paid for the holiday. ****. oh well, time to go to the junkyard. find a new renix radiator (super shiny and all the tags were on it), $43. take it home install it, nearly passed out from the heat.

wednesday, driving home from work in stop and go traffic, i took off from a stop, to hear the clutch hit the radiator again. i cant just fix it, so said **** it again. get home, same thing happened, just 2x worse.

I saw another thread where you said your coolant system was top notch....lol

Zach, I could take the spacers off your hands. I'll be doing a BB once I can rely on it.

If I head thru Barnesville....I can then come up to Frederick to meet Mark, and then maybe XJNut, you could meet me in Frederick?

Let me know guys....PM or call me at 301-524-0494. Gas is at a premium till I get my first check end of next week.

If it won't work...we could do it next weekend too.....

Thanks
I will not be home. It turns out my Friday turned into a Thursday. I can put it on my front or back porch for you though. The real question is where are you going to put all the beer you are bringing me?? Lol. Also you can install my rear brakes too!

Do you have any weight on the rear? That looks like a little more than 4"

shooting for 4.5-5". An no there was absolutely no weight in the back, and the front was still on the lift. Measured in that position to....just under 7" suspension lift over stock in the rear

...i'm sure it'll settle down with weight in the back and it's on 4 wheels, and after i breaks in....i hope....

It should - hell it's only a 4 leaf pack, and two of those leaves came off an xj sagging almost as much as mine was

Thanks for measuring. One day when I get to lifting the MJ, 7" should look good with BW flatties and 33s. Looks like you're rolling along nicely on the lift. Any major trouble?

most trouble so far came from the studs for the discos, and the leaf spring plates, whose holes needed to be creatively enlarged so the ubolt would fit over the spring pack liners...

other than that...no. Everything is off the truck, putting new stuff on now. Rear is pretty much done.

Oh....and i got both my front leaf spring bolts out in under 10 minutes - came right out with the impact wrench

(also the trackbar bolts, and the shock bolts...)

It is. Its the transmission mount ****ing up. Coolant system works great until the clutch hits the rad due to torque.

It's looking good and official. About time you put some of that knowledge to use for yourself.
