I build them too!! been in the jeep game for years.. but i have a baby on the way so for now its time to save and quit playing around ! im not insulted at all bud! you have the first offer and i will def consider !

they will fit an 89 however they are for stock height..
as for the track bar if you lift it you should get an adjustable one and not redrill the hole and moving it over.. i think that is really crappy way to do it.. and the bolt as far as i know of the 89 didnt have front leafs ??
